Our Mission
"We will seek and reflect the best in those we serve, thereby empowering them to see and reach their fullest potentials."
This mission guides every interaction we have with our patients, families, and community. We believe that every individual deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect while receiving the highest standard of care.
How Bella-Nacole Began
Bella-Nacole Mental Health Services was established to oversee Diamond Peak of Chubbuck's 16-bed HART Home. Diamond Peak Health Care was selected by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (DHW) and the Division of Behavioral Health to operate a pilot HART Home, an assisted living program designed to serve Idaho's most chronically mentally ill residents.
Bella-Nacole was created to provide the clinical oversight, behavioral healthcare, and ongoing treatment needed to support these residents with specialized, comprehensive mental health services.

The Meaning Behind Our Name
Bella-Nacole Mental Health Services was founded by the owners Melissa and Wendy, who named the practice after their daughters, Bella Rose and Kierrah Nacole.
The name reflects the heart of our organization—family, compassion, hope, and a commitment to caring for others with the same dedication we would give our own loved ones.
Our Vision
From the beginning, our vision has been to create a seamless partnership between our sister organizations to house, manage, and treat Idaho's most chronically mentally ill residents. Our goal has always been to provide continuity of care for individuals who have historically cycled repeatedly through emergency departments, crisis centers, assisted living facilities, correctional institutions, and psychiatric hospitals.
By working together, we aim to improve quality of life, promote stability, and reduce unnecessary hospitalizations while helping individuals build healthier, more independent lives.

Filling a Critical Gap in Care
Bella-Nacole was created to help bridge a significant gap in Idaho's behavioral healthcare system.
Many individuals with severe and persistent mental illness have historically experienced repeated transitions between assisted living facilities, emergency departments, crisis centers, county jails, prisons, freestanding psychiatric hospitals, and Idaho's state hospitals. These repeated cycles often interrupt treatment and make long-term recovery more difficult.
Our integrated model focuses on providing consistent, coordinated care that helps break this cycle by meeting patients where they are and supporting them throughout every stage of their mental health journey.
Our Philosophy of Care
We believe exceptional mental healthcare begins with patient-centered care.
Every treatment plan is individualized to meet each person's unique needs, goals, and circumstances. Our team is made up of experienced professionals who are educated, compassionate, and deeply committed to understanding the unique challenges faced by the populations we serve.
We believe that healing happens through collaboration, respect, evidence-based treatment, and meaningful relationships built on trust.
If You're Seeking Help for the First Time
Taking the first step toward mental health treatment can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone.
Mental health challenges affect people from every background, and more than half of all individuals will experience a mental health concern at some point in their lives. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Whether you're looking for answers, support, or a fresh start, our team is here to meet you with compassion, understanding, and expert care. We are honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
