KiLynn Hainline LCSW

Clinical Director
KiLynn has had a passion for helping others since she was a young child growing up in the small town of Mackay, Idaho. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Idaho State University with a minor in Gender and Sexuality Studies and went on to complete her Master of Social Work at Idaho State University the following year. Since then, she has dedicated her career to working in clinical mental health.
KiLynn has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, psychotic disorders, and trauma-related conditions. She utilizes strengths-based, trauma-focused, and empowerment-centered approaches in therapy, while incorporating techniques from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Adlerian Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
Outside of work, KiLynn enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and caring for her dogs, Meeko and Poppy. Her favorite self-care activities include golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time outside.
KiLynn was inspired to work in the mental health field because she has always felt called to help others. After experiencing her own mental health struggles as a teenager, she became passionate about ensuring others have a safe and supportive place to turn. She has worked in the mental health field since 2014 and has served as a counselor since 2019. Throughout her career, she has provided CBRS services, case management, parenting classes, independent living support for youth, and worked as floor staff in a youth living center.
What KiLynn enjoys most about helping clients is empowering them to recognize their own strengths and personal power while developing healthy, consistent relationships that improve their overall quality of life.
A fun fact about KiLynn is that her graduation class in high school consisted of 7 kids!
