Lacy Lehman LCSW

Lacy has a master’s degree in social work and is an LCSW. She is trained in CBT, DBT, and has a certificate of professional studies in Alderian Psychology.
Lacy describes herself as an introvert who values humor and lightheartedness in both life and her work with clients. She enjoys reading, spending time with her children, and staying physically active. Outside of work, Lacy loves caring for her goats and chickens and enjoys activities such as going to the gym, hiking, mountain biking, skating, ATV riding, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. One of her favorite forms of self-care is mindful walking.
Lacy’s favorite part of working with the SPMI population is building meaningful connections with people. She shares, “I learn something new almost every day.” Her passion for mental health began with a desire to learn skills, therapies, and approaches that can genuinely help others improve their lives and well-being.
Lacy has been providing community-based social work services since 2000 and has worked as a counselor since 2004. She finds great fulfillment in watching her clients grow, make progress, and work toward achieving their personal goals.
A fun fact about Lacy is that she has 25 chickens and 4 goats.
